We know that from time to time the unexpected comes up and best-laid plans go awry. For that reason, we will accept cancellations up to 3 days before arrival. However, as a small business with just four rooms, we have to charge in full for rooms cancelled within 3 days of arrival.
We ask for a 20% deposit on bookings of 3 nights or more or for multiple room bookings.
